Product

A unified Medical system platform that is used in the Southwestern United States mostly in care centers and primary care clinics. Our project is to integrate the medical software EMR system with different EHRs access and components like:
1) Digital data measurement. Using your own device patients are guided through self-administered steps to collect required registration data that integrates into any EMR.
2) Treatment and AI. The patient engages with a chatbot until all the information a physician needs is collected and the patient journey is defined.
3) The patient summary gives the provider everything they need to diagnose and treat the patient. Once the provider selects the diagnosis and example plan, the AI scribes the complete note and enters the discrete information in almost any EMR.
4) Care Management. The AI engages with the patient through text messages and connects with devices to collect vitals and creates a closed loop back to the provider.

Project Team

1 team - key module integrating into EMR, 5 BE engineers, and 1 QA.

What We’re Looking For

Expert in developing web applications using Python
Solid experience with the Django framework
Experience in AWS cloud web development
Experience with NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of EMR and medical flows
Familiarity in developing systems and/or applications subject to HIPAA/FDA compliance regulations
Healthcare experience is a must (e.g., knowledge of FHIR, HL7, HIPAA)
Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration
Agile and scrum experience
At least Upper-intermediate English level for daily communication

Your Responsibilities

Participation in the design and implementation of functional requirements
Researching and development of the workflow to a variety of EMR
Drive technical investments from the early exploration of ideas to delivering integral parts of our stack
Balancing short-term goals with long-term architectural vision
Close work with code: active development, code reviewing, resolving potential problems
Communication and coordination between engineering and medical teams
Leading development team, participating in team development
