Senior Python Engineer with AI knowledge in Ukraine
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Python/Data Science Engineer for a healthcare project, who will be involved in a mission to create better biologics for patients. This position is for an exceptional candidate who has a keen interest in applying AI systems at scale.

What We’re Looking For
- Over 4 years of commercial experience in Python
- Hands-on experience building production-ready pipelines with Airflow
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services such as AWS S3, AWS CodeBuild/Deploy, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch
- Experience with MWAA
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD
- Working experience with Benchling LIMS API integrations
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English for daily communication
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be self-directed and operate in an entrepreneurial environment that can be fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding
Your Responsibilities
- Create, rewrite, and optimize existing Airflow DAGs
- Introduce monitoring to all data processing steps.
- Automate data processing flows
- Build ETL and periodic synchronization flows
- Integrate via API to Benchling LIMS system
- Introduce reporting features via Slack notifications
- Implement data migrations and rollout plans for new and existing data
