Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + TypeScript) in Remote (Ukraine)

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js to join the healthcare project.
The platform helps healthcare organizations by taking care of administrative tasks, facilitating care delivery, and boosting financial stability in clinics, which allows clinicians and staff to dedicate more time to patient care.
What Weâre Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Experience with Azure and GCP for deployment, monitoring, and management
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure as code
- Skilled in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Understanding of web application security best practices
- Proficient with Git
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of EnglishÂ
Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing optimized and efficient cloud solutions using technologies including but not limited to Node.js / Typescript, Azure, and/or GCP components (functions, buckets, pub-sub, etc.)
- Design, develop, and monitor scalable web services
- Work closely with the team to maintain branches, environments, and code repositories using Github, GitHub Actions
- Interact and work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of internally developed applications and other solutionsÂ
- Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality
