Binariks is looking for a proactive, initiative, and experienced person for our HR team. A teammate will participate in all HR activities in our company.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1,5+ years of experience in the same position
Knowledge of key HR processes such as onboarding, conducting one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, welcome meetings, etc.
Knowledge of event management (real experience will be a plus)
Intermediate+ level of English

Your Responsibilities
Conduct Specialist onboarding and offboarding
Assist and organize Performance Review and promotion processes
Organization and support of employees personal development
Develop and implement HR Policies throughout the organization
Conduct 1-to-1 meetings and various feedback sessions
Provide support to Specialists in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
Maintain Specialist records regarding starting days\anniversaries\last PR session\etc.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, applying new perks and benefits
Assist and create Specialist engagement initiatives (team buildings\movie nights\corporate events)
