Middle HR manager

Binariks is looking for a proactive, initiative, and experienced person for our HR team. A teammate will participate in all HR activities in our company.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1,5+ years of experience in the same position
  • Knowledge of key HR processes such as onboarding, conducting one-on-one meetings, exit interviews, welcome meetings, etc.
  • Knowledge of event management (real experience will be a plus)
  • Intermediate+ level of English
  • Communication skills
  • Out-of-box thinking

  • Self-driven, autonomous
  • Attention to details and conflict resolutions skills

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct Specialist onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist and organize Performance Review and promotion processes
  • Organization and support of employees personal development
  • Develop and implement HR Policies throughout the organization
  • Conduct 1-to-1 meetings and various feedback sessions
  • Provide support to Specialists in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
  • Maintain Specialist records regarding starting days\anniversaries\last PR session\etc.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues, applying new perks and benefits
  • Assist and create Specialist engagement initiatives (team buildings\movie nights\corporate events)
  • Participation and organization of events
  • Support of internal marketing activities
  • Participation in internal HR projects
