Middle ETL Engineer with CDM experience (OMOP and PCORNet) (part-time)

Binariks is looking for a mature ETL Engineer who will be a significant part of the in-house team in the medical research organization that focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare through research and innovation.

Their work involves developing and evaluating new healthcare technologies, testing interventions to improve patient outcomes, and conducting research on health disparities.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of working experience in ETL development
Experience with OMOP CDM and PCORNet
Ability to work independently
Experience in healthcare industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams

Your Responsibilities

Converting EHR data from hospitals into OMOP format for various studies
Loading EHR or OMOP data into PCORNet CDM
Creating an ETL process that can be used for subsequent refreshes down the road
Daily communication with stakeholders on client`s side
