English Teacher in Lviv

Binariks is looking for an experienced, well-organized, and proactive Teacher to help our employees develop their English. Our candidate will develop, maintain, and administer English language instruction at Binariks.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of teaching adult groups of different levels (preferably in IT companies)
Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Philology, or a related field required
Any Certifications are desired
English – Excellent command of written and spoken English
Knowledge of human individual differences in personality, and interests; learning and motivation
Basic knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
Practical knowledge of records administration and maintenance techniques and procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to collect, analyze, and organize complex data
Strong presentation skills, creative approach to classes

Your Responsibilities

Develop and conduct effective English language instruction for groups and adapt them according to the company’s and employees’ needs
Design and deliver English language instruction in a variety of formats, including online, in-person, and hybrid
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to ensure that goals are met
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Prepare and administer tests and assessments to measure employees’ level of English
Assist and create employee engagement initiatives (English Speaking club, workshops, etc.)
Prepare internal candidates for customer interviews
Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of current trends in English language instruction & education
Collaborate with the English course coordinator
Perform other duties as assigned
