Sales Manager for Upwork
Binariks is looking for a ready to learn and willing to grow person that will assist in acquiring new and retaining existing customers and supporting the overall business development process.
Responsibilities
- Active search and attraction of potential clients and business opportunities (USA, Europe)
- Facilitate sales and pre-sales activities
- Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms.
- Building up effective communications with prospects
- Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets;
- Business communications and negotiation with current and potential clients
- Working with technical staff to meet customer needs
- Create/update/maintain marketing materials (company portfolio, services, testimonials, profiles and etc.).
- Ensure CRM system has relevant, full and accurate information daily
Requirements
- Upper-intermediate(or higher) spoken and written English
- Well developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Proactiveness, motivation and honesty are must
- Desire to learn and grow as a professional
- Self-organization and time management skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail: the ability to find the right information
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience of working or studying abroad (US, Europe)
- Understanding of /Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes
- Understanding of SDLC
- Knowledge of channels of searching for the clients
- Experience of working with b2b (Upwork, etc.) platforms
- Any sales or marketing experience
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Understanding negotiation and sales process
