Delivery Coordinator

Binariks is looking for a passionate candidate for a Delivery Manager position. You’ll have a chance to contribute to the delivery framework and processes as well as directly participate in project management, suggesting your ideas and coordinating their implementation.


  • Manage the process of customer satisfaction evaluation and work on improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer-centric
  • Lead the delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the work processes are carried out efficiently
  • Coach and empower delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities for team members
  • Work closely with Project Managers and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products utilizing lean and agile project management methods
  • Work closely with the Sales Department on presale activities
  • Work closely with Recruiting Team to plan the resources effectively
  • Manage finances and budgets within the unit
  • Understand and contribute to strategic perspectives and translating them into tactical actions
  • Oversee services delivery within the delivery unit

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Understanding management principles and project management specifics
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodology and tools
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean Practices
  • Understanding of project financial side, pricing model and billing procedures
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles
  • Ability to develop profitable strategies and implement them
  • Ability to plan, control and supervise multiple projects and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate on different business and technology topics to both business and IT audiences
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels including clients’ IT management
  • Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in team building and mentoring
  • Ability to identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use
  • Ability to listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
